Special General Meeting – 25th June 2024

Join Us for Our Special General Meeting!

 

Notts and Lincs Credit Union Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Tuesday 25 June at 6pm online / Merger with Clockwise Credit Union

You are cordially invited to the above meeting following on from last night’s AGM, when Members present voted unanimously to go into a merger with Clockwise Credit Union. (We only needed a 2/3 majority).

The final part of this process is the above Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Tuesday 25 June at 6pm and will again be online.

On this date you are asked to endorse the Transfer of Engagements (which Members at the AGM agreed) to ensure we transfer all of our business to Clockwise Credit Union

This only requires a simple majority.
